Natural ruby stone from Madagascar and clear quartz stone with golden rutiles set in 999 fine silver and 925 sterling silver. The golden rutile stone is surrounded by a twisted border and the ruby stone is surrounded by a double twisted border. The chain is sterling silver curb chain.
